The following photographs are the result of an installation at the Museum of Anthropology in Florence, Italy. The photographs explore the concept of the “other” in an autobiographical way. My self-portrait is superimposed on top of other people's portraits. The resulting images are distorted and inhuman. They represent the biased and inaccurate way I viewed relationships through the difficult and negative moments. The final photograph in the series is my own portrait, by itself, representing a letting go of the past. My Ithaca, print on paper, 84 x 60 cm, 2015
